I am a HR Expert & Certified Coach specializing in Career Path Optimization, Leadership Development and Self-Empowerment.
I have 12+ years of experience in Human Resources and I have gained expertise in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Talent Development in Europe as well as SEA/Asia Pacific.
I have grown in challenging, fast-paced and multicultural working environments.
I started my career at McKinsey & Company in 2009 and I have held HR leading positions in start-ups, SMEs and MNCs.

My experience with Estelle comes from a time when we both worked as Directors in Singapore, Estelle responsible for HR and me for Finance, both responsible for the whole Asia Pacific region. Estelle was the first HR Director located in the region. She had to build the HR function and establish herself as a new member of the management team. Estelle brought professionalism, HR standards and positive spirit to the whole APAC team. Estelle managed to meet every single employee in the region, learn about their job and specific environment of each country where these people worked. This included more than 10 countries. Estelle did not see a spreadsheet but a person with a story behind the spreadsheet. Eventually Estelle became a valued member of the APAC membership team and her voice was heard and respected, HR function in the region was in place and we managed to gain trust of both the leadership and the team in APAC.
